By accessing or using SmoothSail.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by SmoothSail ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

SmoothSail.ai is an AI-powered personal life management platform that provides health tracking, nutrition logging, task management, email intelligence, calendar integration, and conversational AI assistance. The Service is available via web application and mobile apps.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit the AI system
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, insights, and recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or current. You acknowledge that AI outputs are provided "as-is" and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important decisions.

SmoothSail is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health-related features (nutrition tracking, wellness insights, blood test analysis) are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. 7. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your personal data) are owned by SmoothSail and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmoothSail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
